I've been looking at mixers and I like the xone2:02 except for this
http://xoneforum.allen-heath.com/forum_ ... -xone02-or
I love the xone 02 better, but the fact that the vu meters are pre fade is crap cos it means that if you have the channel faders both set to the same level and then adjust the gain to make the vu meters on both channels hit the same level, one side will always be louder. If allen and heath will listen to their customers and put the vu meters post fade then both the channel faders and gain controls will have an effect on the vu meters whic means a dj can just simply step up to any xone 02 mixer and trust the vu meters as they will show the correct volume of both channels. Oh and 1 more thing, I went through 4 penny and giles crossfades, each one lasting about 6-10 hours of scratching before they started to leak which means they have a design fault.
Is the prefader vu meter thing an issue for you xone2:02 users?
Have you ever had to replace anything on your 02?
I've read a lot of good things about the rane sixty two does anyone suggest I just bite the bullet and get a mixer that from what I've read will last a lifetime
