Mpc 2000 with tascam 122-mkII

I found a used tascam at a good price. I'm wondering what inputs I should use for best quality from my mpc through the tascam to a computer. I have xlr, 1/4" and midi inputs on the tascam. The only output that would work for this setup are the RCA outs to mini-jack into the comp.

Btw, the xlr's are mic in, and the 1/4" are line in.

If possible use the TRS inputs, that would be your best choice, cus RCA are like antenna's they might be receiving to many interfering frequencies. If your going to use RCA's try to find the shortest cable you can find.
