if i had sample cds (in CD-RW format) with 100+ one-shots (in .wav format), would any type of cd player work (ie would the cd player track seek to each of the 100+ sounds one-by-one?)

i have a whole lot of sounds and packs on my PC's hard drive and I wont be around my computer, so i've been thinking of ways to bring all these packs with me.

I like to stay very organized, so I want all the different sound packs on separate cds and have them labeled... and when i needed a certain sound or sound pack, i could just find the cd and play it... record the sounds to the sampler and so on, etc..

thanks

oh, and here's the cd player i've been looking at, in case you're wondering..

Well it would work if you play the CD from a computer but from a normal CD player, no.

It'll be best to burn those wave files to audio on a CD, then you can play it on a consumer CD player.
