      -ensoniq eps 16 (this is a old school monster) 4th one
      -technique 1210 turntables x 2 w/orfton needles
      -event 20/20 ps6 & ps8 monitors
      -Rode nt1,nt2 & ntv microphones (i got a few bs 1s too)
      -behringer  eurodesk 9 ch mixer (small huh?)
      -korg d1600 hd recorder(i can't believe i switch from roland) very good piece though
      -laptop with stuff i don't use (still can't get into computer recordings)
      -near future: either a sp808 or cdx1 to mangle samples[/color]

Do you like those plug-ins? Are they worth getting? I have the Basic Pro Tools LE without the extra plug-ins.

To offer an answer to your question. With all that digital stuff you use, whatever brand mic pre-amp you choose, make sure it's a tube pre-amp.[/color]
