DJ Controller/Media Players that sample

Any software or hardware turntable style controllers out there than can sample through the mic or line inputs? I would like to be able to sample my own voice for vocal cuts and scratching. I would prefer a standalone hardware piece but could settle for a capable piece of software if its out there. Been searching for a while with no luck.

doesn't the serato software do at least some form of live sampling?
you could look into that and then a controller for serato.
not sure if it works on the dedicated controllers though, my boy used to do it with his vinyl control system, and i think the software sort of fragmented after that.

me, i was djdecks all the way. i'm sure it could do it but you would have to do some setup to get it running with any controller.

okay forsho I haven't looked much into serato yet, I'll have to give that a go. Although I'm a beginner and I'm leaning towards just practicing some cutting and scratching on my numark pt-01 for now. I think I can work it out like this for awhile, just picket up a Scratch Roulette record, hopefully this will get me started

I think the korg mini kaoss pad 2 can take your voice line in.. and you can use a scratching style effect to manipulate it in real time... or at least it appeared that way in the video i saw. I have not tried it though myself. it can play mp3 and wavs too...

I know that isn't the same as real scratching and it isn't a vinyl you are scratching... but it is interesting none the less and maybe you will see something it can do that you need.
