A friend of a friend...got a girl pregnant and he can't stand her and doesn't know what to do.
Naw.
I have a friend who has a Yamaha S90ES, which in my basic playing with (I don't own any Yamaha stuff, so I dunno) is basically a Motif ES without the sequencer.
I've got her rocking the Mpc4k pretty good, making sequences, using midi, etc etc.
The one thing she can't seem to wrap her head around is how to save a "multi" on her keyboard. I'm not sure if thats the Yamaha terminology, but what I mean is how can she save a "multi" where channel 1A on the MPC is a piano, 2A is a bass, etc etc.
I know this is a half baked question because I'm not sure what I'm talking about and I'm relaying information over the phone from someone who is VERY new at this.
Anyway, how does one do this? If I need to explain better, let me know. Gracias, Juan!
