2nd hand old gear, I'd go with a Yamaha GX1 or a Roland System 700.
New gear, while the 200e is tempting, generally, I don't see/hear a lot of what I would call musical output from them, mostly a lot of thunk/wood block sounding experimental type noises, that doesn't really sound $20k great to me.
