Greetings!
I've got a problem with my studio setup which complicates my life a bit. I'm not really good in technical issues so decided to bother You guys for a second.
I've got my numark ttx usb connected to numark dm1000x dj mixer. Then the signal goes out through mixer MAIN OUT to my mpc 3k. That's all right, everything's fine.
BUT
I got a new sampler: ensoniq eps 16 and wanted to connect it as follows: numark ttx -> numark dm1000x mixer REC OUT -> ensoniq Line In. Just in order to sample even simultaneously on both sampelrs.
Now - here's where the problem occurs: my mpc produces low bass buzz noise, especialy when I get into the RECORDING SCREEN - I mean it gets like one level more audible and intensive on the sampling screen. The low buzz noise can be heard in studio monitors and when I record plain signal in DAW I can hear and see the buzz recorded.
The IMPORTANT THING: the buzz is audible EVEN when ensoniq is switched off, EVEN when the mixer is switched off (if it is then the buzz gets louder on the mpc recording screen).
I put my samplers signals through AKAI EIE Pro studio intarface into the DAW and my two KRK 6 Rokit runs out from it.
Have You got any ideas how to solve this problem? I tried recconecting ensoniq with mixer and turntable to another power socket but it gives no effects. Another thing: DON'T have my numark grounded couse it doesn't have to be - I read the issue was solved somehow in this model, so I don't really even have the third grounding wire attacheted to the factory turntable to mixer RCA cables. Don't think this is the case, is it?
I'll be so faithful if any of You get me to the point where everything goes right.
