Anyone using one of these? I'm thinking about grabbing 2 for my synths. Just wondering how you like it.

I so don't need one. I got 144 rubber pads in this house already.

But I will get one. It's well built, just got a nice firmware update and is perfect for iOS. The sequencer aspect is just more gravy.

I've been trying to update it but the arturia website is garbage. . The pads are real nice, I hope in the future you can control note length and gate

I've seen it has some functionality there already. I also saw note length per step mentioned as being there. But having not bought one yet I don't know the level of control on offer in either case.

I have to look up the recent firmware change list. I know they fixed knob value skipping/stepping but I know there was more than that addressed.

My Beatstep showed up at my house last night. Insta-love once hooking Pitch and Gate CV up to miniBrute. . . .

Unified Midi Control Center and Firmware upgrade's here (best to not have any DAW or programs running that can hijack the beatStep): http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/pro ... urces.html

Has anyone configured this to act as pads for an MPC?

How can I sequence the MPC Live with the BeatStep Pro? Is there a difference between the mono SEQ1 & 2 and the DrumSeq?
I'd like to emulate the Electribe 2's Active Step function with the BSP's Roller/Looper (occasionally introducing small variations to a basic beat)...
