Mixers without mic inputs?

Whatup,

Is there such a thing as a mixer without the mic inputs? I have done a little looking and have come up blank. I just want a mixer I can connect all my gear to without any useless inputs (mainly need RCA and 6.35mm). Any help appreciated.

I don't know if I've ever seen a mixer with exclusively mic-only channels.
The mic inputs are just tied to channels in the mixer, which also have line-level inputs. You just ignore the XLR jacks and use the channels as normal.

There have never really been many line only mixers on the market.

Probably less now that everything is ITB.

Line level mixers have usually been rack mount, to save space, and therefore also often don't have EQ and other 'normal' mixer features such as faders (using pots instead).

Thanks for the deep post Simon. Looked at a few rack mixers but I ended up getting a Tascam M-164.



Hopefully it will work out alright, seems legit.
