is mp7 the same as p2500.

i was doing some research, am i correct in saying that, the emu mp7 command station, is the same as proteus 2500, in a table top version.
if so, now i see why these products are dicontinued.

Basically the same hardware except different sound ROM chips. I do think the 2500 has two midi outs (from memory).

the mp-7 has two midi outs aswell.. only dif is the chip, same as there is no difference between the mp-7 & xl-7
