Best laptop for MPC Renaissance

Hi, I had a ASUS ultrabook and i wanted to use this laptop synched with my new MPC Renaissance. Unfortunately crashed and couldn't recover my laptop. Ultrabook repairing store said my ultrabook is not powerful enough to support my MPC Renaissance , is there's any truth to this? what the best notebook for MPC Renaissance? (other than mac, since i cannot afford to buy one)

What does the Ren require? Are your laptop specs up to that at least? Don't trust them, find out for yourself. Know your specs.

What does the Ren say to have as minimum specs? You should know this already.
