MPC 2000XL vs. Focusrite Saffire Pro 40

Just curious if anyone has had experience with the Focusrite Saffire Pro 40.. I plan on purchasing one in addition to an MPC2000xl(8 outs) to track out my samples.

"VS" as in how does the MPC Match up with this particular interface. I'm asking if anyone has had experience with this MPC(2kxl) and Audio interface setup... If this is the incorrect place to post could you direct me to the correct forum? Thanks.

VS is when 2 things are fighting against each other and/or comparison and not how well they work together imo.

2kxl will work fine with several audio interfaces. Look at the ports on each peice of gear
and match them up.

Read the manuals for specs. There are diagrams in manuals, did you see any of them?

I was looking at Saffire and Liquid a long while ago, but changed my mind and went with something else.
