Do the z4/z8s suck?

How come no one ever talks about them?

they seemed kinda cool to me, but you never know...

I think they seem cool, but way out of my league price-wise.

Z4 sucks. when i'd sample something it would pick up the hard drive noise interference and loading sample libraries like a moog multisamples was a joke, the sh!tiest sounding moogs ive ever heard came outta that sampler (sounding more like a hobo plucking a string). hella thin overall sound.

but the filters were hella cool (you can seriously warp sounds) i turned some weak samples from vinyl into cool sounding synth lines.

Well, they use the same engine like the MPC4K, so i guess its not that bad at all..
