Help with korg volcas and mpc live

Hi everyone im new to the forums, 1st post here.

Can anyone help me on how can i connect my korg volcas to my mpc live?

Im trying to take some of the beats made with mt volcas and put them into my mpc live
I have a midi cable going from my volca to my mpc "in" channel, but cannot figure out how to move the data over.

Ive searched the internet but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Going from the Volca MIDI in to MPC MIDI in? What are you trying to accomplish?

That's not what MIDI is, and I think the MIDI ports on the volcas are just for syncing a few volcas together and triggering the volcas to start playing.
You're going to need to record the sounds from your volcas to a computer or to the MPC directly. Once you record all the separate sounds you'll probably have to re-sequence the beat with the MPC.

Midi is data only. No audio.

Audio from Volca needs to be routed somewhere also.

"move the data over", what does this mean specifically? What exactly are you wanting to do?
