My Yamaha Crw8824 is officially dead, it says "DISK NOT RESPONDING" on my Asr88. There is a guy who sells server accessories, he has a HP SCSI DVD Writer for cheap. He says he has tested it on his Commodore A590, which also only has the capability for CD reading but I'm not sure if it will work on my Ensoniq. Does this mean it has full CD reader compability as in device rom?
