Cubasis

Ok , so I was very cheap back in August of 2002 and picked up Cubasis instead of Cubase or Reason or something else. I pretty much just record beats into it , but lately , a lot of rappers have been getting at me , wanting to record on the spot. I've got my G3 laptop and and my burners , alesis nano-compresser and mic with me at all times , in my car. The point of this thread is to ask you guys if any of you have or have had Cubasis and see what you can tell me about it. For instance , other than what came with it , can it use any plugins from Cubase? Are they available as free downloads anywhere? Any tips? There is no wav editor , or at least I havent found it and that kinda sucks because I dont have net access on my g3 anymore so the only way to get an editor is $ , unless someone knows some other way. Anyway , holla at me with any tips and , or advice , please. I have to use this program for another month or so until I can fit something better in my budget.Thanks.
