ANALOG: POPULAR synths vs rare synths
I find copying settings only TRULY works if you have the same synth.
Thus the benefit of having popular analog synths from MOOG or DAVE SMITH/sequential. U can go on web/utube and find the patch settings for many popular songs.

Otherwise, you have to truly learn your synth and MPC FX to reproduce a sound. This dude sells presets for a lot of popular synths but I make my own patches. I rec getting a “modern” synth where it easy to save/restore your patches. I would avoid synths that require some archaic/outdated library system
