isolating my tracks from reason to protools

I been programming my drums on the mpc trigering sounds from reason which i have running by rewire on protools 002 rack. Am trigering my drums from reddrum so what i wana know is the best way to isolate on separate tracks each kick, snare, etc on protools from reason so that i can tweak each separate one. As of now I got everything going in one audio stereo track coming from the Aux where I have reason but this is not working out for me since I need to isolate each sound.

You have to stream your tracks into pro-tools
you have to create an audio track

1st track should be set to
1.No ouput
bus1&2

2nd track should be set to
Bus 1&2
analog 1&2

So which ever sound you want on the track you mute all other
sounds in Reason and leave that one sound that you want to record unmuted do this for each track.

yea i kind of figured that was the only way
