MPK Software Installer not working

I got the akai mpk mini and I was able to get my product registered on the akai pro website, however the installer for the softwares doesnt work. It redirects to a page with a forbidden 403 error message.

Theres also no information online on how to get past this as well as an mpk forum. How can I access the installer?

Do you have an account at akaipro.com? If not, you‘ve got your answer regarding the 403 code.

What software is it trying to install? Mpc beats?
