Sound cards for pc - Need help on buying one

just wondering what a good soundcard is so that i can record into my computer. The one I have know is what came with my pc. nothing special. Gives a buzz to my sound when i record it to a cd. Just want to know what type of card I need that wont add extra sound to cd. thanks. looking for all types all prices.[/color]
