Not too mention all the positive feedback from TJ's DJ's in Florida and Dixie Dance Kings in ATL...

Yea I thought I reconized the name... mafioso..

Tjs djs was the first record pool back in the day I joined.
Only one that would service back in the day...
To maui hawai..

What where u on the cd pool or the 12 in...
I think I might have gotten a preview.. not sure gonna check my past issues...

My dream mic is this U-47 modded by this german dude where the U-47 is like 10 gs... the mod is like anotha 10...
The mic is so dark on the vocals...Makes anyone sound like they are blanketted with this warm shine....I like it cause the u-87 has a high freq response where the u-47 you can make sound how ever you want but it always has this presence..

3 points was what I got for 1 1/2 years....
Until I dropped about 1g an hour on a entertainment lawyer to write up a contract that specifically agrees to it through the agreement...
Guy took his damm time too.....
Not happy about it but b/c of it he allowed me to write my own keyman clauses into contracts that I sign into..
So I always ALWAYS have a way out....
no if ands or buts...

My contracts specifically state 5 points...Only and only if...
Its one signature single on an album that would be put out first...
If I havent recieved full payment..
ONLY AND ONLY IF I recieve Full payment UPFRONT will I negotiate Points..

and thats that...

hats off to you Beat bangah I havent seen a forum get locked in a long time.
Props for getting people heated ...

The u-47 is vintage mic right... they don't make that model anymore... what do you think about the m-149 --- that's a pretty good mic. Or more in today's world aka digital - what do you think the top setup is for most of our budgets... well not most of our budgets... but a modest budget... like I stated before I have this engineer cat that graduated from full sail and he swares by the Baby Blue Bottle Mic with the Avalon... says it sounds better then any other mics they played with. For the price if he is right that's a deal.

Yeah I had 12inch go out to several pools / I think we sent out cds to most of them too... and to be a nobody I was competing with nothing but major labels and in most pools charting well. Tj's Dj's is a tough one though - I won't lie I didn't do as well in that one as some others... Bill Ricketts is tough too... but I did get back some good feedback from that one...

I tripped out when I seen the forum get locked down... for the record - I am seriously not even trippin on what anyone said... it's all good.
