DJing with MPC

Would it be worth while upgading my Gemini DS-1224 sampler (which has max 12s sample time) to a Akai MPC to use in mixtapes and to put my samples and own keyboard/synth sounds in the mix

Is it possible to put an MPC into a mixer channel to do this, because you would need to put a mixer output into the MPC input to sample then a output of the MPC back to the mixer input to mix????????

If you do that you will get looped feeedback when sampling.

everything else you mentioned yes, do it.

just make sure the channel the mpc is on is turn'd down and you want get the feed back from the recordin ,but to play back it will be fine thats what i do, i just turn down the channel so i dont get feedback when recordin and if your going to do it live you better make sure you have that sht turn'd down cause you will phuck up peoples hearin and you dont want that that some bad sht right there....
