jv-880 ?

any one in here use a Roland jv-880 with the mpc ? if so hit me up i have a couple of question to ask. pz akai

How did you like it ?and want kinda midi controller did you use? also
where did you get your data cards from? thanks

i have it in my set up and its kool to me, i have the hip hop expansion board on mine which i find wack though, i cant get the hand of loading the sounds i want from it. for a controller i got the oxygen 8 which is pretty good and for a reasonable price. if you live in nyc they got this spot called rogue music which carries used data cards, thats where i bought the 880 from for like 190.

I found it hard to use and understand without the manual. I was able to tweak the sounds somewhat, but I couldn't save them. I just sampled them all to my mpc and gave it back to my friend.

boogie how u tweaked the sounds?? i can tweak the drums but not any other instruments on it

i havent had it for awhile, I forgot, I just found out by pressing buttons
