What kind of mixer do you mean? Like, a DJ scratch mixer? Or Mic mixer? etc. You might be albe to find and ill and cheap one on recycler.com peep it out...peace 8)

prah, do you record through it. cuz thats the reason my sux. whenever i go through the mixer to record into the computer it sounds like shit. which one do you have

Already have multi-track recorder, I was going to run instruments into mixer and then REC on multi-track. Behringer, UB802 was the one I was considering. I have SPENT enough money! I just need a low noise (monitor) to record thru.

i just bought a Makie for $239 and compared to the Behringer I had there is no comparision

sound quality increased drastically when recording on the Mackie

i think a mackie would be better.....no i don't use it for recording as of yet....i have the 2442.......i guess i don't know enough about the machine right now to say it doesn't suck....but it is good to me......

You have a Behringer? And Cashstill did you upgrade to Mackie, and how do you interface your mixer with the rest of your components?
