mpc2000xl... is what i have...

lets say i have a oneshot bass sample... that i adjusted and set loop points.. so that it sustains... i go ahead and program the bassline into the beat.... i save everything... blah blah...
.
.
now i take oneshot bass .wav sample into adobe audition or soundforge... for minor tweaks... the loop points still show... i save it.......

bring it back to my mpc...replace the the original bass.wav with an updated one....

****... i go to the loop window... and my loop points are gone... and the loop mode is off... and when i play the beat... shitz is just a bunch of one shits....
.
.
so what i've been doing lately is writing down the loop points... and re-entering them.....
.
.
.
HOW DO I GET ADOBE AUDITION, AND SOUNDFORGE NOT TO ERASE MY LOOP POINTS?
.
.
when i was using cooledit 2.0 pro... i never had this problem...

When you save elect to save extra non-audio data and/or markers is what I do. It's shows up on my XL just fine. I use SF by the way.
