Headphone Impedance
So, I'm buying some headphones for use in my bedroom studio, and I've been told to look at Beyer's. The guy at Dig Village reckons the DT250's over the DT100 as the 100's are designed more for live instrumentation.
But, the 250's come in 80 or 250 Ohm Impedance ratings.
I understand that lower impedance=louder, but as pro headphones have high impedeance, which one's woiuld u go for? Or should I be looking at a totally different set?
Pricing is very similar on the 2 sets of 250's so its all about the Tech Specs
The family next door will thank you for your speedy response, as their kids could sleep again soon......................
