Analog gear?

How many heads are still recording on analog gear?? How many prefer it?? Nothing against digital recording or computers. Just curious to find out who is using what to record. Personally i use the Tascam 688/8-track recorder. And it sounds good.

I have an old tascam 4 track with the VU meters that I use as a sampler and whatnot.....I use it to layer drums and whatnot...it sounds crazy fat and its given my tracks alot more depth and character...a very underrated effect indeed like someone else here said.....
