I have a motif 7 and triton keyboard. Mpc 2000xl, 3 emu sound modules, and a mackie mixing board. I can trigger the sound modules but I want to be able to trigger the keyboards from the mpc, How do I do that step by step? Remember Im totally new to this so type slow. I have tried to hook it up but no sound comes out and nothing to let me know that the mpc and the keyboards are communicating. Sh*t is crazy!!! :?: :?: :?: :x :x :x [/b]

Do you have the modules and keyboard running thru the MPC's Midi out and The modules/keyboard's midi in. And also on the MPC you need to make sure that the midi is switched to on. to do this on your main screen where you see the word drum at the bottom highlight it and turn your jog wheel left . You should now see the word MIDI. Now move your cursor over to the right one space and tune in the midi channel yu want to use.

Yeah I did that. And I can trigger the proteus from the mpc and keyboard and get all of the sounds.What I cant do is get the sounds out of the tri, motif. Also I cant get all the sounds from my vintage pro or mo phatt. It's like I can only get sounds from one bank on each. No matter what sound I change it to it's the same. For ex. Like a Piano sound that only changes to like a echo and other distorted sounds of a piano. Even when I switch to a drum kit it's still the piano sound.I appreciate the help fams.
