what you gotta do is having the picture's URL (address) for example
http://www.average.com/average.jpg and when you post your message, use [img]put%20the%20url%20of%20the%20picture%20here[/img]
then your picture will appear on the forum
[img] is called a tag (in HTML language, which is the basic language for web pages)
[/img] is a closed tag
to have picture's url, if you're using Internet Explorer, do a left-click on the picture that you want and select "properties"
then copy the "address" (note: URL=address) of the picture
for example:
another way of posting pictures, when you got the picture's URL, paste it in the message window then select it and finally click on "Img" (it's a "button" under the "subject" line)
