Pro Tools Desktop

Well.... since i know my laptop is a piece of ISH!, i've decided 2 go ahead and get a computer built..... i need suggestions on what i parts i should have, etc, u know the regular... i'll be running Pro Tools 6, and probably a few other programs, and using my laptop for a bunch of other stuff... (Yeah thats right, i'll be using my laptop in my setup also...)...... so give me some suggestions!

The Digidesign forum has a lot of suggestions for a computer setup.
Go to www.digidesign.com and go to support. Then click on user conference. Go to the Pro Tools Le for XP forum and there will be a sticky on top of the forum. Peace
