when i record the sequence it misses out the very start of the track and there is a gap before the block in the multi track view.

anybody know how i c an stop this from happening?

You're syncing it trough midi right? it takes CEP a second to catch the incoming signal.
Add a blank 4-bar sequence.
Let's say you've made a song using seq. 1, 2 and 3. Go to seq. 4, set it to the same bpm and make it 4 bars long. Now go into songmode and start with seq-4, repeat it once. Then insert all your other sequences as you normally would.
Once you've recorded everything you can move all your tracks in CEP, or set markers before bouncing your tracks or burning them so it doesn't include the blank 4-bars.

djames....

go into view - advanced session properties or just use Ctrl+p
then add 4 secs to the time and push ok.

you'll still have to have a blank 4 beat sequence or whatever time you set, then it will start recording the next sequence at the very start of cool edit.

i found the tutorials on the adobe website when i got the free upgrade to adobe audition.
if youve got cool edit pro 2.x you get the upgrade for free.
