mpc 1000,pcr 50 and reason

ay wats up guys need some help here! using my mpc 1000,edirol pcr 50 midi keyboard, reason 4 and my sound card is emu 0404. here wats up i tried using reason as a module right so i assign the midi in to emu 0404 in reason assign the midi channels in reason and mpc also selected the pcr50 midi in in the second interface box in reason now i am getting reason sounds from the pads recorded on the mpc but not from the pcr50 keyboard. Now it plays reason sounds but they don't record on the mpc can you help me ?

Hook up the keyboard to your mpc and set soft thru to "as track", hope that helps.

i tried but nothing still! oh yeah forgot to mention the pcr 50 is connected by USB don't no if that made a difference.

You connected the keyboards midi out to the mpc´s midi in? (not the usb, obiously)
