Looking for a MPC, does this have new pads?

Hey guys found a black mpc and i beleive it comes with its orginal manual which says version 2.0

I also asked the guy the serial and ended up getting this KT-XXXXXXXXXX

Do you know if these have new pads? I heard something about the BK serial not sure if this implies weather or not it has new pads. I will read the rest of the numbers if need be. Thanks guys!

forget about all of that. Take one of the corner pads and move it up and down, left and right. If the adjacent pad moves with it its the new style. If only one moves at a time they are the old style

i bought a 1000 and just got it...the ad claimed the new pads but my pads dont ove together so i must not have the new pads...i havent noticed anything actually wrong with these ones but dont have any exp with other mpc's so.....dont believe the ads...the sellers usually dont know shit...

'New pads' does not necessarily mean the pad fix is installed... My mp has the following model # (and came with the pad fix):

MPC1000BK-N

The 'N' signifies pad fix pre-installed.
