Please HELP with Programs and Exporting!

Ok so Ive been making some beats and saving them via Save Entire Memory in a folder I created. However when i shut the mp off and try to Load the folder up it only plays the sample chopped up how I saved it.. It does save how the instruments were on beat but you have to go all in and reprogram everyone which gets very annoying because you gotta guess which pad you put which instrument on!.. Is there a way where I can just have everything load all at once (sample and beat)?? There has to be an easier way! Thanks

Also: How the hell do I transfer an Mpc beat to my computer to like an mp3 or wav?? Ive honestly been looking through the book but i can't find it. Do i need extra equipment or something?
