Need Advice Please on Mixing Acapella!

Much help is appreciated on this. What is the best way to do a remix using the mpc 1k and a nice pella?

1. Would you chop the pellas into pieces and create multiple sequences?

2. If possible, could I midi to a program like traktor and while the pella is playing on traktor, the beat from the mpc will sync on time.

3. Please help a old dj/new beatmaker out.

yeah that's me....I'm experimenting with more of the production verses the dj stuff.
Eventually, I want to get back on youtube.

Build the remix around the 'pella

Chop out each individual section in Sound Forge or similar (verse1, hook1, etc).
Make a seperate sequence for each section of the vocals, and set the sequences to the right tempo. You may want to further chop and re-trigger the vocals every couple of bars to avoid drift.
