i will paypal you 20 bucks if you can help me resolve this

So my MPC 1000 decides that whenever i hit a certain pad or button to do a random action instead, mainly switching to pad bank c. I took it apart and tried to see if anything was unhooked or loose and found nothing. when it put it back together it now decided when i hit full level it will go to program mode or if i hit mode it will go to erase track. It's not the JJOS cause i installed the newest free one and that changed nothing. If someone can help me actually find a way to fix this i'll paypal them some cash, maybe more if the fix isn't too costly(sorry don't have much right now). Mainly i'm just tired of not being able to make music.
PLEASE HELP.

15 years of IT and computer tech taught me that whatever is the last obvious thing you did, is most likely what caused your issues.

IE: Spilled water on it, took it on a trip, dropped it, let someone else use it...etc

figuring that part out is about 75% of solving the problem.

There was literally no change. It had been on my desk for weeks working fine and then just one day flipped (3 weeks ago)

It might be humidity, try with a hair drier, keep it quite far from the machine.

Wipe the MPC clean and start over again with the OG OS

But I'd re-install the software - and if that doesn't fix it - consider your options on how to fix a hardware problem, as I really do suspect that is what you have.
