Insufficient MEMORY???

I have 128 MB RAM. How can I ever ran out of memory by setting up sequence.

It's seems that after recording MIDI keyboard filter sweeps and modulation and such, the message starting popping up.

What gives?!

note events and now you have no more sequencer memory/events, it's NOT ram, it's a set number of sequencer events that you can record. Advanced Midi functions and Filter sweeps are notorious for eating up sequencer note events. Example, pressing a key on the midi keyboard is a NOTE ON event, and when you release the key it's a NOTE OFF event, that's 2 events right there. When you use a filter sweep, there is an event for each step edit tick you record across, that EATS sequencer note events like crazy. There are MANY more midi things that can eat up note events though.

This means me having a 2kxl I have triple the sequencer memory u do. I could only use a max of 50,000 events per sequence but for the all together max I could accomplish more midi that what you did, 3 times more.

nice one lamp... a technical reason besides the better build quality in favour of the xl. good job!

Thanks dawg.... that maybe the issue. I write full 5-6 min sequences with multitracks for drum pads and keyboard.
It's possible I went over 100K.
