JJ OS whats the deal?

Hey guys hows it going?

I have a MPC 1000 with normal operating system (latest one)

I keep hearing about this JJ OS that you can get for free and that it supposed to be a vast improvement compared to the Akai one. Is this really the case. I mean if I get stuck with something now I just refer to the manual or come on the forum and ask someone.

If I had JJ OS the manual would be about as usefull as a handbrake on a canoo and Im worried that I would find it hard to use and be stuck with a MPC I cant use

Does it really improve things that much and is it easier even if you are a novice?

I want to improve myself as much as possible and Im willing to put in hard work to do it but would you experienced guys recommend JJ OS?

If so whats the latest one and how do you go about getting it and installing it?

The free jj os isn't much different than akai os. Except that it fixes some crucial bugs. No brainer.

You can't get stuck. You can always go back to akai os.

I didn't waste any time with akai os. In fact I bought the 1k for jj os. Not the other way around. If you're willing to put the work in, what are you scared of?
