It's a no can dom, there's no SDK or anything. If you really want it, you have to reverse engineer the .bin file.

Ok!! Definitely...Reverse eng is the only way!
I want develope a new O.S, like the JJ OS but open!

If you're going to all that trouble, you should work on a open source OS for the MPC2000XL.
