Just got my mpc but!

Just got my mpc 1000. Im new to the mpc. I plugged the power supply in and plugged my headphones in. I discovered when i played the demo songs the volume was normal but when i hit the pads its was very low and same if i recorded samples from my turntable. Can anyone come up with a solution to fix it?

I've tried to read it and find a solution but havn't found one yet. Maybe you would optimize the proces by saying which chapter?

HIT THE FULL LEVELS BUTTON

if you want it to be as loud as possible at all times..........its low because the pads are velocity sensitive

Perhaps your "Pad Sensitivity" is too low.

Mode + Pad10.
