ok so i have sucsessfully transferred the whole sample with the adjusted BPM to the MPC, but not the chopped parts that i want. the whole sample is way too big to be able to chop it up on the MPC, unless there is a way to zoom in a whole bunch to see the waves and such. it seems there is a problem when chopping certain parts of the sample, speeding it up, and keeping it that way on the MPC

helppp

Two simple solutions
1) chop your sample into smaller parts in acid before rendering.
2) And this is the most important, get jjos the free version and never look back. Jjos has the ability to zoom in.... Amongst many other features that the wakai os doesn't have

What other problems?

not really sure. i tried a different sample, chopped it right, go to Render As, and its dimmed out so i can not select it. i have no idea what the problem is.. i've transfered the whole sample at the adjusted BPM, the chopped parts at the wrong BPM, but never the chopped parts at the new BPM.. ima burn some more hash and keep at it

If its greyed out it means you don't have a sample loaded or its muted

Why not use audacity to chop up your samples? More people will be able to assit you problems with that program and its easier

Acid is a daw.

Audacity is a wave editor.

Choose the appropriately designed tool for the job.
