MPC 1000BK Pads

Yo Quick question. Im trying to cop a MPC 1000Bk. I dont know if its a BK-N or not, but can someone tell me if the MPC 1000 Bk comes with the upgraded pads. How can I tell if they are upgraded or not? Thanks in advance

Make a search for this info on this forum....it's full of it....

Only the BK-N have the new pads. The best way to test is to move one pad. If the adjacent pads move with it, new pads but the old ones have independent pads so they shouldn't move at all. Also, the BK-N have a black back where all the ports are.

Alright, I just got my mpc 1000 and I cant find a BK-N anywhere, but the back plate is black. When I move one pad the adjacent ones move with it. I'm guessing these are the newer pads according to what you're saying, Right? Thanks for the help.
