This is plug and play with vista and will give you line ins to the comp for cheap. The other option is free and will only require a USB cable.

hopefully my local store has it since its sold out online.
now if it had rca AND 1/4 jacks for the stereo out that would be better.
the rca means i still need to go from mpc to mixer to that usb box to computer.
it is prob. better than using the sound card but i am afraid the more things plugged threw
the more quality might be lost?
again i think it would improve the mpc series and the lives of others if mpc just made the usb cable port able to carry sound threw it to your pc. like the usb turntables do.
