saving song to computer?

hey guys, ive been using my mpc for a bit now when i can but i dont get motivated anymore because i make beats but can never do anything with em coz i cant get them to my computer anyway once ive got a song saved on the mpc i just wana get it to my pc so i can share my stuff been through the manual nothing about it
