Is there a cable or an easy way to connect from my USB midi keyboard "USB TYPE B" to "MIDI" on my MPC1000

a USB MIDI keyboard is a USB peripheral device (slave) that needs to talk to a USB host (master) such as a computer. the MPC cannot act as a USB HOST, certainly not via its MIDI port
