Ok I'm not new to the Akai MIDI production center/Music production center my question is this: is it possible to get a new MPC-1000 pimped out to the specifications you want,without having to do it yourself?

Not really, you can get 'Official' parts which are overpriced versions of standard computer stuff.
Just do it yourself. If you can undo screws you can mod your MPC.
