how to fit Underbuttons on right side PCB board?

Hi i was wondering if anyone knows of an explaination of how to fit these buttons ... http://www.mpcstuff.com/small-tact-switch-for-mpc-under-button.html i have searched but all i can find is how to fix the plastic buttons

They have to be soldered in place to the circuit board underneath. The old ones must be removed first. Have you ever soldered anything before? It's not the toughest job to replace the switches but some experience would certainly help.

First off, dont buy them from there. They are $8 a piece when you can get 20 on ebay for about $3

second, they have to be de-soldered and then the new ones soldered. Its pretty easy if you have soldered before.
