 I just bought a used mpc 1000 from Guitar center here in town, and I got it home and started trying to work with it, but the arrows buttons don't work most of the time, the bottom buttons( play, stop, ect) don't work half the time and the banks just switches randomly. Luckily, when I bought it used they sold me the pro-coverage and are supposed to replace all parts and labor for the first year. So I was gonna take it back in and send them a link to a right pcb board, but can't seem to find a place that has that part...Any hints or ideas?

'Luckily' you got Pro coverage? I'd say 'unlucky' that you bought something they shouldn't have been selling in the first place. I'd take it back and demand my money back - it's one thing having it break down a few months down the road, but if it's not working from day one, you should be well within your consumer rights to demand a full refund. Shouldn't matter if it's second hand - stuff you buy from stores should work as expected - if the keys are not working, it should clearly say so.

Seriously, not only have you bought a dud machine, you've paid extra for the additional cover to have them then repair it for you? Come on mate, think about it, they saw you coming. Take it back and buy one off ebay, most likely for half the price. At least on ebay people tend to describe every single detail about what's not working or damaged etc. And if they don't, you're covered by buyer protection.

And remember to get the full refund on the cover as well!

I'd say take it back and get all your money back, or, ask them to let you try another one right then and there in the store BEFORE you purchase it. Check out all the buttons and menus and everything you can BEFORE purchasing.
