An Mpc Reboot OS Problem

Last day , i had tried to change the codes of jjos 4.99 to use it free and then my mpc's system has crashed . I can not reboot it because i change the normal data with the damaged data in the eprom as i guess , but im not sure about it . When i power my mpc , i can only see the backlight of the lcd screen and i cant reach any menus . Anyone has a solution or a theory about it ?

I dont know but i have tried every solution like STOP+DATA WHEEL and the other combinations . In my opinion , the jjos is not working because of the damage that i gave in the codes . And because of this , system cannot reach the buttons , the memory or anything .

ah i see...you have tried to hack the jjos1? and now your mpc is fvcked?

yeah , completely like this . System has down but im not sure the parts are working or not working . May i crash the main board or the other parts with this way ? What should i do to solve it ?

Yeah you are sure . I always use original Protools , Cubase , Reason and original Vst's to have no problem but i have trusted myself for that time and i'm failed .

Maybe you could reinstall the Akai OS. Download it from the Akai web site, transfer it to a CF card then:

1. Insert CF with OS data into MPC1000
2. Turn the power on while pressing down the WINDOW button
3. Press the REC button - the MPC1000 will start processing the update and will then re-boot automatically with the new OS

I have tried this way too , but nothing happen . If i can solve it out of the forum , i will explain every step that i did , to make it for everyone less painful . I feel like i lost my son in a car accident

Hahaha u right . Now i'm in Turkiye , if there is only a jjos ( system ) problem i can repair the system with 50 euro . I love the mpc , its my third one . I use mpc 500 first , mpc 5000 second and the last is mpc 1000 . Now im going to take mpc 2500 in Amsterdam . I cannot buy it from Turkiye because they sold mpc 2500 with a deal of 2000 euro There is not much mpc user because of it , they " double " the price of every equipments .
